More than 20 local chefs, including Kent Rathbun from Abacus, Jeff Harris from Bolsa, Jason Czaja from Shinsei and Gilbert Garza from Suze, will make some of their signature dishes in order to raise money for the March of Dimes. Rathbun will be this year's honoree, as he has been involved with this event for the past 15 years.
