IIDA Dallas Fort Worth City Center presents the 3rd Annual CRE8 Design Challenge and Fashion Show, benefiting the IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter Education Fund. The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) is a professional networking and educational association committed to enhancing the quality of life through excellence in Interior Design.

The challenge is to create a garment in eight days. Not just any garment, but a garment that celebrates the connection between interior design and fashion. This year’s theme is Zodiac Signs. Each Design Team will be randomly paired with two Garment Underwriters – one softgood and one hardgood manufacturer. They will work together to create a couture garment out of products like carpet, tile and wallcovering.
