Come see and hear the rising stars of opera with a Texas connection and vote for your favorite to win the audience award with a cash prize. Honorees for the 2013 Competition are Katherine and Michael Phillips. Semi-finals will begin at 11:30 am, and the finals will start at 7:30 pm.
