Dallas’ best chefs will participate in Dining Out in Dallas: Battle of the Chefs challenge, a fundraising event led by Dan Landsberg, Executive Chef of Dragonfly Restaurant at Hotel ZaZa. The event benefits Texas Neurofibromatosis (NF) Foundation, to be held on April 10.  Landsberg will be joined by six-year old Kylie, chosen by the foundation as this year’s junior chef and rising star.

During the event, guests vote for their favorite dish of the night and give their nod to the best chef, who takes home the coveted traveling trophy and a year’s worth of bragging rights. Additionally, a silent auction, live auction and raffle will be held, with the featured auction item being a free trip for two to Los Angeles to visit the set of Modern Family.
