The 8th annual Diwali Mela celebrates Diwali, the annual Hindu “festival of lights.” Diwali is an official holiday in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and other countries. For the Hindu community abroad, Diwali Mela is a way to bond with cultural roots and acquaint children with Indian culture and heritage.

Performers include singer-actress Monali Thakur and singer Arijit Singh. Attractions include a laser show, fireworks, community performers, Ravan Dahan, Ramleela, food courts, elephant and camel rides and a Kids Corner with bounce houses, magicians, train rides and puppet shows.

Free to $7 for general admission; Assigned seats for the Bollywood concert are $25 and $50. VIP seating is $100.
