The 2013 Downtown Plano Feast-ival will feature performances by local up-and-coming talent, The Great Pumpkin Race, the Living for Zachary IncREDible HeartRun and, of course, lots and lots of great food from area restaurants. Proceeds from the event this year will benefit the Assistance Center of Collin County.
