At the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction, top local chefs prepare their signature dishes to raise awareness and money to help March of Dimes prevent birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
The event is led by Chef Kent Rathbun and more than 20 other top local chefs, including Tim Byres from Smoke, Gilbert Garza from Suze Restaurant, Matt McCallister from FT33, Stephan Pyles from Stampede 66, Nathan Tate from Boulevardier and Chris Vogeli from III Forks.
