In I Declare War, a group of 13-year-olds congregate in the woods every afternoon to play the game of "war." Using their imaginations, they transform sticks into sub-machine guns to practice their combat abilities. Legendary for his tactical mind, young PK is a General in the making. The only thing he cares more about than winning is his best friend Kwon, who frequents PK's house for sleepovers and screenings of Patton. When the ruthless General Skinner kidnaps Kwon, PK will do anything to get his best friend back. He gathers a diverse band of soldiers and sets off for the war to end all wars.
