As part of the Out of the Loop Fringe Festival, Outcry Theatre will present Circus Tracks, a play by Sarah Hammond about a baby smuggled out of the circus by his clown mother, and that child's quest to find her mother years later. It's a misfit-filled existential search for meaning, identity and family.
