Savor Dallas is a four-day-long celebration featuring more than 50 chefs from Dallas-Fort Worth, and more than 400 premium wines, spirits and beers. It's a food and wine lovers' extravaganza of sampling, and is the largest wine and food event in Texas. There are multiple events at different locations, and prices vary; see below for details.

Thursday: Savor Trinity Groves
Be the first to sample the cuisine from the exciting new restaurants in Trinity Groves. Up to a dozen restaurants will be "hatched" from this revolutionary "restaurant incubator", you'll get to try the food before they're even open when you join us for this Savor Dallas foodie adventure. $40. 6:30-8:30 pm, at Trinity Groves Development, 3015 Gulden Lane, Dallas, 75212

Friday: Wine Stroll at the Perot Museum
Your chance to see all the interactive exhibits and taste premium wines, beers and spirits throughout all five, stunning levels of the ultra-cool facility. $35. 7-9 pm, Perot Museum, 2201 N. Field St, Dallas, TX 75202

Saturday: Wine Panel Tasting Seminar - "Modern Lifestyle Wines"
Panel moderated by Alfonso Cevola, Glazer's Fine Wines, and Jeff Siegel, "The Wine Curmudgeon". $50 in advance, $75 at the door. 2-3 pm, The Landmark Restaurant, Warwick Melrose Hotel, 3015 Oak Lawn Ave, Dallas, 75219

Saturday: A Global Wine and Cheese Celebration
Join Michael Flynn, director of wine and beverages at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, and Rich Rogers, cheesemonger from Scardello Cheese, in a journey around the world celebrating the "forever coupled"  flavors of wine and cheese. $40 for AIWF members/$55 non members. 2-3 pm, Mansion on Turtle Creek, 2821 Turtle Creek Blvd., Dallas, 75219

Saturday: International Grand Tasting
The wine and food event of the weekend, with samplings from more than 60 chefs and artisans and more than 400 wines, spirits and imported beers. Ticket includes all beverage and food sampling. Each guest also receives a commemorative Savor Dallas Crystal tasting glass (one per person, while supplies last). $110 in advance, $125 at the door. 7-10 pm, at Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas (Grand Ballroom, Level 4, Lower Cafe Terrace, Level 2, and Covered Outdoor Terrace, Level 3) 500 W. Sunday: Savor the Arboretum
Stroll through the garden sampling premium wines, beers and spirits, plus food samplings. Complimentary crystal tasting glass. $65 or $59 for Arboretum members. 6 to 8 pm, at the Dallas Arboretum. 8525 Garland Rd., Dallas, 75218
