The Tierra Sur Festival is an outdoor Latin American festival in the heart of Oak Cliff. It not only celebrates Columbus Day but also the rich and eclectic culture of Latin America through music, dance and gastronomy. Featured bands will include Quimikoz Del Sol, La Parranda Venezuela, Sour Soul and Mayta.
