The Dallas Observer will present the 4th Annual Artopia, a celebration of Dallas culture and art that incorporates food, drink, art, music and fashion into one evening. It's a sensory overload full of culture, fashion, visual arts, performing arts and much more.
The Observer will award local artists with over $6,000 in monetary grants for service to the arts and the community. These individuals were chosen from a panel of local cultural denizens, philanthropists and community-organizers.
