The 2014 Fort Worth Food and Wine Festival will kick off with 12 Fort Worth chefs, including Jon Bonnell (Bonnell’s & Waters), Terry Chandler (Fred’s), Keith Hicks (Button’s), Mark Hitri (Billy Bob’s), Lanny Lancarte (Lanny’s), Tim Love (Lonesome Dove), Molly McCook (Ellerbe Fine Foods), Dena Peterson (Café Modern), Juan Rodriguez (Reata), Blaine Staniford (Grace), Michael Thomson (Michael’s) and Donatella Trotti (Nonna Tata), preparing tastings paired with three Texas craft beers, three Texas wines and three Texas spirits. The kickoff event will be followed by a concert.
