For the 9th year, virtuoso and lead-vocalist Kelly Brown of Local Honey tunes her creative ringmaster talents (and seasonal itch to create a unique holiday show) to serve up a wildly eclectic night of holiday music. Brown brings together a Mix of Dallas’ all-star musicians to perform original holiday arrangements in a set that includes everything from big-band swing and bluegrass to alt-pop and rocked up classical pieces.

A party on and off the stage, audience members have made the "Mix at the Lakewood" a Christmas tradition. Every year has a unique twist along with a mix of musicians and swing dancers to encourage the audience to dance and sing along.

Expect to see favorites like Freddie Jones, Kenny Withrow, Reggie Rueffer and Mack Price, along with guest appearances and performances from Brown's students from Dallas Baptist University, where she infuses her artistry with inspiration to encourage young and talented musicians.
