To celebrate opening day of the 2014 State Fair of Texas, Taste of the Fair will take place at Pegasus Plaza in downtown Dallas. The event will include a chance to taste Fletcher's Corn Dogs, funnel cake and roasted corn, as well as a parade down Main Street.
