Walk the Light, a non-profit arts organization in Dallas, will present its fourth annual free arts festival, "Where Old Meets New." The festival, taking up the entire historic downtown area of Cedar Hill, will include over 50 artists of various genres, including performing arts, glass work, handmade jewelry, culinary arts and more to honor Cedar Hill's rich heritage and provide platform to local artistry.

There will also be free art activities, letting kids create music, paintings, paper crafts and more; Der Lufthühlers, a group of vintage Volkswagen enthusiasts, hosting a VW Car show; food trucks and more.
