The 2014 White Rock East Garden Tour & Artisans will feature three gardens in the neighborhoods of Forest Hills, Little Forest Hills and Casa Linda Estates. The Sanger Elementary garden will be highlighted, complete with a plant sale and food trucks. This is the 13th annual fundraiser for the beautification of the three neighborhoods.
