2015 Addison Fork & Cork

Addison Fork & Cork is a two-day event bringing together celebrated chefs, craft breweries, wineries and spirit makers. Fork & Cork is a destination for those who enjoy food as entertainment by spotlighting Addison’s chef-driven establishments as well as other special culinary-minded guests from Dallas’ best restaurants.

Guests will enjoy fun activities, music and exciting experiences, including fire pit cooking tastings straight from the pit with the king of “Smoke” Chef Tim Byres (Smoke, Chicken Scratch, and The Foundry), mixing it up with libation leader Eddie “Lucky” Campbell (Parliament) and cooking demonstrations from Chef John Tesar, Chef Richard Chamberlain, as well as other of Dallas’ best chefs.

The Gin Blossoms will provide special entertainment during the event.

There are additional costs for experiences like special hands-on grilling demonstrations.
