Toadies are putting on their annual music festival Dia De Los Toadies on the banks of the Trinity River at Panther Island Pavilion. For the third year in a row, Dia is returning to Toadies hometown of Fort Worth. The festival is celebrating its eighth year and keeping the tradition alive with local Texas talent as well as national acts hand-picked by the band themselves.

Dia De Los Toadies kicks off on September 11 with an almost-acoustic performance by the Toadies at The Shack on Panther Island Pavilion, with Dallas’s own Sarah Jaffe playing a rare solo acoustic opening set. The night will also serve as the release party for the Toadies’s upcoming acoustic album Heretics​, coming out on September 18 and featuring deconstructed and acoustically re-arranged Toadies fan favorites, two brand new songs, a surprising cover and a previously unreleased track. Festival goers purchasing a Friday ticket or weekend pass will receive a signed copy of Heretics at Dia – a week before the street date.

The second day of Dia De Los Toadies will take place across two stages. This year’s line-up includes Burden Brothers, Local H, Holy Moly, Buck Pets, Sealion, Son of Stan and Gollay. Dia de los Toadies promises the best beer, finest of food trucks and a hell of a rock show curated by the Toadies themselves.
