The 2016 Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade will once again feature a slew of floats, cars, and marchers honoring gay pride. Burke Burnett, co-founder of a support group called SOS: Survivors Offering Support, and Todd Maria, head coach of the Lost Souls Rugby Club, will be the grand marshals.
The parade runs down Cedar Springs Road from Wycliff Avenue to Turtle Creek Blvd., then goes west to Maple Avenue. The parade route now ends at Reverchon Park.
