Since its inception 17 years ago, TWO x TWO for AIDS and Art has raised over $60 million in support of essential AIDS research at amfAR and for the Contemporary Art Acquisitions Fund at the Dallas Museum of Art.
To date, the Dallas Museum of Art has added over 220 major works of contemporary art to their permanent collection with TWO x TWO proceeds donated to their Contemporary Art Acquisition Fund and exhibitions. Noted artist Laura Owens has been selected as the recipient of the 2016 amfAR Award for Excellence for Artistic Contribution to the Fight Against AIDS.
