This festival year boasts its first women's showcase of Asian directed and produced films by women, due to the generosity of Dallas Women's Foundation's Orchid Giving Circle. This year also features more films than any other year. 70 films will screened throughout the week: five short blocks (Drama, Experimental, Womens, Late Night and Documentary) and 35 feature films.
Film fans can also expect films from the U.S., Singapore, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Indian, Japan, Korea and Tibetan and from these genres: action, comedy, crime drama, documentary, drama, martial arts, psycho drama, thriller, romantic comedy and a special director's cut of an iconic repertoire.
