After 16 years of vacancy and being listed on local, state and national endangered lists, the Statler is truly a preservation success story. Preservation Dallas will be the first to open the doors as the project nears final stages of rehabilitation by Centurion American.

This year’s awards will include a special tribute to Downtown Dallas, Inc. for their incredible work in making Dallas’ urban center a great place for people to invest, live, work and play, and of course, restore historic buildings.
