2017 SOLUNA Festival: Latino Connections - The Rhythms of Dance

This concert showcases music inspired by dances, including works by famous Mexican and Argentine composers such as Márquez, Ponce, Revueltas and Ginastera. The concert will feature the New Philharmonic Orchestra of Irving under the direction of Maestro Sergio Espinosa.

Selections for the concert include Márquez' "Danzon No.2," Ponce's "Estampas Nocturnas," Enriquez' "El Sinaloense," Moncayo's "Sinfonietta," Revueltas' "Sensemaya," and Ginastera's "Suite Estancias."
