The DSO will present the Dallas debut of Beyond the Score®, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s innovative multi-media series. Beyond the Score® weaves performance, unique projections of moving and still images, actors, soloists and narration into engaging productions, setting composers and their masterpieces in an artistic, social, political and cultural context.
The evening’s concert will begin with the presentation, and the concert concludes with Prokofiev’s Symphony No. 5, performed in its entirety under the direction of maestro Jaap van Zweden.
