In addition to Chef Fearing, other chefs committed to this year’s event include Brad Phillips from Asador; Aaron Valimont from Capital Grille; Pete Nolasco from Chef Pete Catering; Dallas Caterer Nathan Burke; John Kelin from Restaurant 506 at the Sanford House; Aubrey Daniels from Robinson Ranch; Yutaka Yamato and Michael Scott from Sushi Bistro; World Master Chef Salvatore Gisellu from Urban Rio; and James Pettis from Urban Crust.
