Over 200 of Dallas’ most beautiful and talented young professionals will take the field at the Cotton Bowl in the 8th Annual BvB Dallas Powder-Puff Football Game. The annual game, which raises money to help find a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease, will feature 1310 The Ticket’s Ty Walker calling the game, and the Sirois Brothers, of Cirque du Sirois, joining him on the sidelines as color commentators.
The last seven games have raised a combined $1.8 million for Alzheimer’s research and care for the estimated 75,000 patients in the DFW area. This season, the players and coaches have already raised over $350,000, with a goal of $600,000 by Game-Day, all the while spreading awareness of the rising epidemic of Alzheimer’s in this country.
This year’s game benefits the Center for Vital Longevity at The University of Texas as well as Baylor AT&T Memory Center, keeping all of the donations raised by these Dallasites in North Texas.
Tickets to the Game and After-Party featuring live music by Empire 6 are included in a $25 donation to BvB Dallas.
