Abacus will host a special holiday dinner featuring Veuve Clicquot. Guests will be treated to a wonderful holiday menu created by Chef Chris Patrick. The four-course meal, which was created to pair perfectly with the world-famous French champagne, includes everything from crispy gulf oyster appetizers to cornmeal crusted Texas quail, hickory grilled wild boar tenderloin and even a dessert vanilla Forelle pear and white chocolate éclair.
