Bread Winners will welcome Abita Brewmaster Leo Basille for a 5 course beer dinner. Created by executive chef Adam Kovac, courses include arugula salad with grapefruit, goat cheese and Marcona almonds, gouda and brown ale fondue, shrimp and grits, Akaushi strip loin and chocolate Bundt cake made with Abita Purple Haze. Each course will be accompanied by an appropriate Abita beer.
