Salum is featuring David Adelsheim for a five-course meal paired with Adelsheim Wines from Oregon. Pairings include 2011 Adelsheim Chardonnay with a trio of fritters (octopus, crab and shrimp) in a potato bisque with chive and paprika oils and 2010 Adelsheim Elizabeth’s Vineyard Pinot Noir with watercress, strawberry and duck prosciutto salad and roasted yellow tomato coulis.
