Matthew Alexander's exhibition at Alan Barnes Fine Art Gallery will be an important display of the British artist's work. Alexander comes from a family of artists as his father was a Royal Academician, and Alexander and his brother have both been exhibited at the Royal Academy in London.

Alexander's works are in the collection of His Royal Highness the Duke of Kent, Cunard shipping line, as well as many prestigious collections on both sides of the Atlantic. He has been exhibited at the Royal Academy Hibernia in Scotland and has had sell out exhibitions on Cork street in London over the past decade.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through November 21.
