Repo! Genetic Operatics is a rock-opera horror set in a plague-ridden future where the GeneCo corporation sells organ transplants on credit. When clients miss payments, a "Repo Man" repossesses the organs. The plot follows Shilo, a girl with a rare disease, her Repo Man father, and the dying GeneCo CEO's plan for succession.
