Artrinity will present "Beautiful Evidence," an online exhibition featuring the new body of work by British artist Adam Ball. These works include paintings, drawings, etchings, and a new screen print released to coincide with the exhibition, making perfect artful gifts for this holiday season.
The nine-layer color screen print, titled "Emanation," in an edition of 25, draws its basis from Ball’s euphoric painting, "Ever Now," celebrating the restorative powers of life. The colorful painting continues with the same vibrant palette used in the artist’s recent fashion collaboration, "Respair with Eve & Max," a consciously designed womenswear label benefiting the Rainforest Foundation.
As a departure from this work, his monochromatic paintings on view, made using raw pigment and cut fabric, mirror his signature free-flowing abstract forms taken from closely observed source material. The charcoal drawings, made during lockdown in London, embrace a new fluidity in mark-making as he builds up their delicate, ephemeral surfaces in layers; "Until Tomorrow," included in the online show, is currently being exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
