Oliver Jeffers, artist, illustrator and picture-book maker, has exhibited his work in museums in the U.S., London, and Berlin. His hit collaboration with Drew Daywalt, The Day the Crayons Quit, rocketed to the top of the New York Times Best Seller list. His latest book returns to the world of the Hueys, little creatures resembling eggs on legs, in It Wasn’t Me: The Hueys, Book 2. Jeffers’ trademark don’t-take-yourself-too-seriously humor and whimsical illustrations capture what it feels like to be a kid, and they can make people of all ages giggle with delight or feel an ache in their heart.
A book signing will follow the event.
