Asian Mint presents February Cooking Class
Asian Mint and award-winning Chef and Owner Nikky Phinyawatana will host a cooking class. The class will be a hands-on, interactive experience learning how to make Tom Kha, Tom Yum and Fried Rice. Tom Kha is a Thai coconut soup and Tom Yum is a Thai lemongrass soup. Recipes can be altered to be made gluten free and vegan if needed.
Phinyawatana is on a mission to "feed souls" with food, culture and travel. These cooking series are one of her favorite ways of connecting with others on a more personal level.
