Papi Chulo is a Dallas-based Latin band who blends elements of cumbia, rock, pop, and vallenato. Their live performances are strictly dedicated to the dance floor. The four members believe making cumbia artesanal, which incorporates a mix of their favorite genres, was like finding its own voice, distinctive from the rest of Dallas music.
