AT&T Performing Arts Center will kick off Hispanic Heritage month with the inaugural Latinidad Festival. The event features a pop-up market curated by Hecho Con Amor. Visitors can celebrate the diversity of Latin America through food, music, dance, local vendors, and art. The festival will feature the color and diversity of Latin America while also supporting and spotlighting local businesses, organizations, and artists. The event also includes authentic cuisine of Latin America from local food vendors plus signature cocktails, like the “Anita Margarita,” beer, and wine.

Visitors can connect with local organizations that provide important services and raise awareness for the Latinx community. Visit the Casita de Cultura area for cultural arts and craft activities for the entire family. All workshops are led by local Latinx artists.

Guests can also enjoy live entertainment with music from Mariachi Águilas de América and Asociación Puertorriqueña de DFW. Experience the traditional dances of Latin America with presentations from Mitotiliztli Yaoyollohtli, Alma Salvaje and Anita N. Martínez Ballet Folklorico. The night ends with dancing to Dallas’ favorite Cumbia band Puro Sabor Cumbia.
