Aurora Expanded will present "As I Am," a multidisciplinary exhibition that showcases personal stories as a means to inspire hope for our shared future. The project features short film sequences, audio recordings and portrait photography that will be showcased on Downtown Dallas’s digital billboards as well as at a site-specific exhibition that celebrates youth as capable change-makers.

Building upon Aurora's dedication as a non-profit to supporting both local and international artists, "As I Am" brought together students from across Dallas to engage in written, oral and visual storytelling processes. Together they created this body of work, which is designed to move people to action through empathy building and shifting perspectives on important issues that teenagers face in their daily lives.
