Celebration of Reading is a warm and engaging evening with Amanda and George P. Bush, other members of the Bush family and some of their favorite best-selling authors at the annual fundraiser benefiting the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy. Authors are personally invited and they give freely of their time to share their works with guests.

Among the authors on hand will be: Kelly Corrigan, author of Glitter and Glue; Eric Draper, esteemed photographer and author of Front Row Seat: A Photographic Portrait of the Presidency of President George W. Bush; Emily Giffin, author of The One and Only; Gary Haugen, international human rights activist and author of The Locust Effect; and Brad Meltzer, author of many great thrillers and now a series of children’s books on heroes.
