This exhibition marks Ann Stautberg’s 14th exhibition with Barry Whistler Gallery since 1990. Stautberg’s signature black and white, hand colored photographs have always commanded a large format. This exhibition, however, pushes the envelope with two 8' x 10' photos on canvas paired with two 8' x 6' works. Additionally, smaller works will be presented as her classic hand colored photographs.
In "Home Cycles," Stautberg returns to her immediate surroundings focusing on the sky and palm trees, returning to sites at different times of day, not unlike Monet’s haystacks.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on view through October 14.
