The Big D BBQ Battle will feature loads of barbecue, beer by Four Corners Brewing Co. and live music by Hudson Moore. The event will benefit North Texas Food Bank and Café Momentum.
Top North Texas businesses will field cooking teams that prepare brisket and ribs from Local Yocal Farm to Market and beans to compete for bragging rights for best tasting barbecue.
