The 6th Annual Bloomin' Bluegrass Festival and Chili Cook-Off, nominated for the IBMA 2014 Bluegrass Event of the Year Award, is a great weekend of family fun.

Artists scheduled to appear include the Del McCoury Band, Lee Ann Womack, Hot Rize featuring Red Knuckles & The Trailblazers, Balsam Range, Peter Rowan Bluegrass Band, the Grascals, Helen Highwater Stringband, the Hillbenders, the Herrins, and the Snyder Family Band.

All proceeds will benefit the non-profit Friends of the Farmers Branch Historical Park and Bluegrass Heritage Foundation.
