Bolsa 10th Anniversary Party
Bolsa, the restaurant that helped pioneer the farm-to-table movement in Dallas, will celebrate its 10-year anniversary with a grand reunion that brings together many of the ground-breaking chefs and bartenders who've been in its employ. The star-studded event will pay homage to Dallas' dining scene and evolution in the past decade.
To commemorate the milestone, current executive chef Matt Balke will be joined in the kitchen by former chefs Graham Dodds, Jeffrey Harris, Andrew Bell, Eric Wolf, Joel Harrington, and "Chuy," the long-time line cook who worked with every Bolsa exec chef.
Behind the bar, previous bartenders Jason Kosmos, Eddy "Lucky" Campbell, "Dub" Davis, Kyle Hill, Joni Long, and Spencer Shelton will craft a collection of special cocktails.
The King Bucks and Elaina Kay will perform live.
