Hosted by chefs Scott Gottlich (of Bijoux, The Second Floor Bistro - Bar) and William Koval (Lakewood Country Club), Bonne Santé will be a mix and mingle affair featuring top chefs from Dallas and beyond, including Abraham Salum from Komali, Tim Byres from Smoke, Samir Dhurandhar from Nick and Sam’s Steakhouse, Matt McAllister from FT-33, Dean Fearing from Fearing’s Restaurant, Shuji Sugawara from Shinsei, Jason Weaver from the Omni Hotel Dallas, David Smith from The Westin Galleria Dallas, Blaine Staniford from Grace Restaurant in Fort Worth, Edward Mendoza from Kitchen 1454 in Augusta, Georgia, Shawn Armstrong from Montage Deer Valley in Park Cities, Utah, Shawn McClain from Sage at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, and Richard Hebben from Park Hyatt Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Each interactive chef station will have artistically custom wine pairings by Gina Gottlich, Sommelier of The Second Floor Bistro - Bar and Bijoux. The evening will also include musical and live entertainment, as well as silent and live auctions featuring a variety of luxurious prizes.
