Bolsa executive chef Joel Harrington and mixologist Kyle Hilla have created a special four-course dinner and cocktail pairing centered around Bruichladdich Distillery's artisanal The Botanist Islay Dry Gin. Both the cocktails and food courses will also feature ingredients from Oak Cliff's Mulcahy Farms.
