Second Floor Bistro hosts Lakewood Brewing Company for a four-course beer dinner from 6 to 8 pm. Enjoy shrimp corndogs and spicy salmon tacos at the reception before moving to dishes including Texas quail with peaches, agave and smoked onion soubise and pecan-smoked short-rib with elotes, huitlacoche and ancho barbecue sauce all paired with Lakewood brews as well as a craft-beer based cocktail during the reception.
