Cafe Momentum and Youth Village Resources will present their first ever Open House with six of Dallas' most talented chefs. The event includes a behind-the-curtain look at the pre-release programs that begin the journey for men that enter into Cafe Momentum, including Culinary Arts, Dog Training, Career Mentoring, Financial Literacy and Retail Training.

Chefs scheduled to be on hand include Graham Dodds from Hibiscus, Uno Immanivong from Chino Chinatown, Jeffery Hobbs from Neighborhood Services, Mark Wootton from Garden Cafe and Jason Skinner from 3015 @ Trinity Groves.
