Caldwell Arte Exposicion will present Ice and Ash, an exhibition of new artwork from Fred Villanueva. Like residual, beautiful ashes from the flames of action and creation, this group of work is an expressionist approach to rendering color, texture, decay, and spirit in the form of paintings, surface, force and physicality, the physicality of paint to impose an architecture over a fierce abstraction, poetry and romanticism...a ferocity of luminous color and intimate lines.
