Camp Death Productions, a new theater company that focuses on genre-based themes of sci-fi, fantasy, horror and more, will present their premiere production, Spring-Heeled Jack vs. the Enigmatic Dr. Hu. The play is an audience-participation melodrama paying homage to everyone’s favorite time-traveler as well as several of the Victorian-aged melodramas written by Joe Dickinson of The Pocket Sandwich Theatre. The Victorian boogeyman Spring-Heeled Jack is back on the streets of Liverpool in 1888 wrecking havoc. However, he may have met his match when the mysterious Doctor Hu appears, determined to bring the maniac to justice.
