CarBaret and Dallas Video Fest will present the world theatrical premiere of DGDG/Danielle Georgiou Dance Group's film, The Savage Seconds. The brand new multi-media art opera is the first post-pandemic feature to be shot and released in Texas — possibly the world. Before the movie, Very Good Dance Theatre, a collective of local performance artists, will present a site-specific performance that encourages conversation through its playful approach to experimental dance.
After the film, veteran musician, writer and DJ, Wanz Dover, will spin a film-driven set, aka "Echoes of a Soundtrack," accompanied by video artist Ben Jousan aka Dollar Ben.
Guests can enjoy the entire show from the socially distanced comfort of their own vehicle, with audio broadcast on 93.5 FM.
